How long will it take to receive my items?
The majority of our products are delivered on the next working day in the UK and Ireland unless stated otherwise. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you that it’s on 'back order' and will either send an alternative product or provide the expected delivery date. Special order items that aren't in our catalogue may have longer lead times which will be advised when you place your order.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free of charge on orders over £30. Orders below that value will incur a small delivery fee of £4.95 to anywhere in the UK and Ireland on standard catalogue items.
Where do you deliver to?
Quills Group has distribution centres and can deliver throughout the UK and Ireland.
How do I track my order?
Please call our customer support team on 0845 078 0324 and we can track your order for you or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your returns policy?
Items purchased online will display a message if the item is non-returnable (NR) and may also display a ‘NR’ symbol – if you are in any doubt please get in touch and we will provide the returns policy for you. We are unable to accept returns on food and beverage products or opened ink cartridges or VDU screens. Items that are ordered as a ‘special line’ and furniture products will have varying returns policies which will be highlighted on your quote. If for any reason this is missing, please ask your account manager who will happily supply this information. A restocking fee of 35% will be charged for any non-faulty furniture items that are returned.
How do I raise a return?
Unwanted products can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept return requests for items that have been kept for over 10 days. If you would like to log a return, please call 0845 078 0324 or complete the below contact form and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
